Over the years of moving around I have dealt with many real-estate agents. And when my wife and I started our search for our retirement home which lasted for a year and a half, we worked with different agents which were ok and one that said the lake home we were looking for could not be found in our price range. Well, along came Danielle Arbogast, she was the answer to our prayers. She took time to learn about us and our family, so she could show us houses that would be what we were looking for. Even if the house was not in her area, she would contact other agents to show us the homes and then followed up on the showing. She never gave up on us or our dream. Finally, we found a lake home that met our needs. Danielle traveled a 1 hour and 45 minutes away. She did not even flinch at the travel, even with all she had going on. She made several trips up to the house for us and dealt with all that had to be done. Closing was postponed 2x and when we did close, she was thoughtful enough to remember that our first grandchild was going to be born in the spring and gave us a wonderful gift for the expected child. Michael is wonderful! In 2020 he helped us find, what we thought would be, our forever home (a review was left at that time). We had moved to PA from out of state. Unfortunately, it really wasn't the best move, so a call to Michael was made and he helped me sell my house and close within about a month, so I could move back to my home state! He helped me more than words can say and I will always be truly grateful to him. Highly Recommend. I required the services of "Listing & Selling" of my Fathers home. I was not local, and my father required assistance. Michael was recommended to me from a family friend. Knowing that the majority of my communications would not be in person, but through phone, text, or emails, I was very concerned if this was the right way to approach matters, especially since I had never had a face-to-face meeting. I decided to take a chance, and move forward working with Michael. We discussed the process, my concerns, numbers, and hopeful time frames of sale. Well, from that first discussion onward, Michael was nothing short of Professional, Respectful, Responsible, Informative, Knowledgeable, and maintained a constant update on potential offers, expectations, and suggestions based off his many years of experience. All-in-All, I am extremely pleased with Michael, his ability to overcome obstacles/hurdles along the way, and to keep the train running smoothly down the track. The end result was a Sale of the home, in a very timely manner, during a time when things were quite difficult to juggle due to what is going on with Covid 19. Having Michael for your agent would be the best and easiest decision when house hunting. We moved to PA from out of state and Michael could not have been more helpful. His clients mean a great deal to him and he will help any way he can to make the process easier. He was very helpful when looking at homes pointing out what may be an issue or what the best negotiation tactic would be. Also, being that we were seven hours away and couldn’t always be here to look at homes, Michael was kind enough to do a video walk-through of the home if we couldn’t make it. So, with Michael’s help we were able to find and negotiate our forever home. He is extremely knowledgeable and if there is something he’s not sure of, he won’t just give any answer, he’ll find out the answer for certain and within a reasonable time frame. We not only found Michael to be excellent at his job; but he has become a true friend.

Hands-down best real estate agent you’ll ever find! We were relocating from Pennsylvania from New York State, we have had horrendous experiences with numerous other real estate agents in the past so we were honestly dreading the move and dealing with another real estate agent. I cannot saying enough wonderful things about Michael, not only did he make the move is smooth as it could possibly be but we didn’t have to worry about anything from making the offer to doing the negotiations to dealing with the other real estate agent he did anything and everything for us. Mike has been by far the greatest realtor I’ve worked with. I had reached out to other realtors and stated I was looking to buy an investment property and that this is my very first one. I have no idea what I’m looking for or how to begin the process of buying. They all either didn’t reply back, never followed up when I had questions, or was not friendly and didn’t bother to introduce themself until I came across an ad for Michael. He went above and beyond in the home buying process. He went out of his way to help me find the perfect property. I had asked him a million questions and he answered them within an hour, no matter what time of day it was. Throughtout the process, he made me feel entirely confident and relaxed in the home buying ordeal. I knew I was in good hands. His vast knowledge of real estate helped me find the best mortgage lender up to and including getting the best deal at closing. Being a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect. Mike guided me through the process every step to the way. He provided great advice from getting the home appraisal, the home inspections, and how high or low of an offer I should go based on market trends and previous sales. The advice he provided was invaluable and I do not regret anything. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s very personable, highly skilled in negotiations (especially when trying to get the best deal), and the most punctual person I know. He was there on time at every appointment and called me back as soon as the sellers signed the contract for sales. If you’re looking for a realtor, please look no further, I assure you, you won’t regret it.

Mike is the best! He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home during a difficult buyer’s market. He was super responsive and answered all of our questions (or sought out the answers for us). This helped keep us calm even after losing numerous houses, and then helped make a smooth closing process on the house that was meant to be.
