REALTOR® | Keller Williams Realty

Stephanie Sechman, Team Sechman real estate agent in Central PA

Stephanie Sechman’s career has always centered around people. She began college with plans to pursue a career in education, but her professional path soon took her in a different direction. By age 19, she was working in retail management and beginning years of experience in leadership, customer service, training, problem-solving, and helping people navigate important decisions.

Service Beyond the Workplace

Community involvement became an important part of Stephanie’s work early in her career. Over the years, she has helped lead and organize fundraising efforts benefiting children, families, and local organizations.

One project she spearheaded raised approximately $3,000 for a local school district to provide meals for students whose families were experiencing financial hardship—including families who did not necessarily qualify for existing assistance programs.

Today, that commitment continues through her role as Chair of KW Shares, an agent-led Keller Williams charitable initiative that provides assistance within the real estate community and throughout the surrounding area.

An Educator at Heart

When Stephanie found her way into real estate, she also discovered an unexpected path back to education. Teaching her clients is now one of her favorite parts of the job.

She believes people make better decisions when they understand not only what is happening, but why. Whether she is explaining a contract, preparing a seller for changing market conditions, guiding a first-time buyer through the process, or laying out the available options when something does not go according to plan, Stephanie makes sure her clients have the information they need to make educated, confident decisions for themselves.

Stephanie’s guidance is also informed by firsthand investment experience. She and Michael own nine rental units in the area, giving her a practical perspective on evaluating opportunities, considering long-term costs, and making real estate decisions based on both immediate needs and future goals.

That experience is especially valuable when she works with clients purchasing their first investment property or considering how real estate may fit into a broader financial plan.

Guiding Clients Through Life’s Transitions

Stephanie is particularly passionate about helping people navigate major life transitions. Buying or selling a home is not always simply about wanting a different house. A move can happen alongside divorce, loss, a changing family, financial circumstances, a career change, or the beginning of an entirely new chapter.

These situations often require patience, honest communication, creative problem-solving, and an agent who never loses sight of the person behind the transaction.

Stephanie’s approach is simple: listen first, educate thoroughly, communicate honestly, and give clients the knowledge and guidance they need to choose what is right for their lives.

A Husband-and-Wife Team

Stephanie and Michael bring complementary strengths to Team Sechman. Stephanie’s approach emphasizes education, empathy, communication, and guiding people through major life transitions. Michael brings a strong focus on strategy, organization, marketing, negotiation, and execution.

Together, they provide the structure and market knowledge clients need without losing the personal care that an important move deserves.

Connected to Her Community

Stephanie and Michael live in Annville and both serve on the Celebrate! Annville Board, helping plan, organize, and promote events designed to bring people together and strengthen the community.

They are proud sponsors of the Celebrate America’s 250 flags displayed throughout downtown Annville and are helping plan an upcoming community holiday parade scheduled for November 2026.

That involvement reflects Stephanie’s belief that a strong community is built by people who are willing to participate, contribute, and create opportunities for others to connect.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of real estate and community involvement, Stephanie is rarely without a project underway. She enjoys gardening, creating, spending time outdoors, snuggling with her 17-pound cat, and finding new ways to bring people together.

For Stephanie, real estate is ultimately about people—where they have been, where they are now, and where they are trying to go next.
